Klondike Solitaire is a style of Patience that uses a standard 52 playing card deck without jokers.
The objective is to expose all the cards and move them to the four foundation piles. These foundation piles are built upward by suit from Aces to Kings.
The 7 tableau columns can be built downward (in decreasing rank from Kings to Aces) in alternating colors (red, black). Partial or completed piles can be moved from one column to another if they are built down by alternating colors and decreasing rank. Any empty column can only be filled with a King or a pile of cards with a King at the top.
There is 1 stockpile. This contains cards that have not yet been moved to a foundation pile or a tableau column. Tap the top card of the stock pile to go through the stockpile. The stock pile can be cycled through a certain number of times depending on your scoring style and draw settings.
When cards are turned over from the stockpile they go into the waste pile. You can move the top card from the waste pile to any legal location in the foundation or tableau.
Cards can be moved by dragging and dropping a single card or group of cards. Cards can be dragged from the waste pile, foundation piles, and tableau columns. Cards can be dropped onto the tableau columns or foundation piles. Double-tapping a card will move it to the foundation pile if this is a legal move.
