A standard Solitaire game starts at 0 points, and points are awarded for the following actions:
- Moving a card to the foundation: +10 points
- Moving a card to the tableau: +5 points
- Turning over a card in the tableau: +5 points
- Undoing a move: -2 points
If Draw 3 is enabled, there is a loss of 20 points for each pass through the stockpile after the third time. If it is disabled, there is a loss of 100 points for each pass through the stockpile.
In a timed game, there is a loss of 2 points for every 10 seconds of play. Bonus points are awarded for games won in shorter times.
If Vegas scoring is enabled, the objective is to earn more points than are wagered. At the start of each game, 52 points are wagered. Each card moved to the foundation pile earns 5 points. If the Vegas cumulative setting is enabled, your score will be maintained between games.
